The Company is headquartered in Milan (Italy) and has been active since 2005 in the PE sector as well as in the Industrial Venture Capital sector
The core business consists in the acquisition of control and minority stakes in unlisted Italian small and medium-sized companies (SMEs), with turnovers between 5 – 40 million Euros, fostering actively their growth. In particular will be supported:
- Innovative SMEs that present technological discontinuity, whose export rate is very high and that belong to growing sectors, as well as SMEs operating in global market niches in which the so called “MADE IN ITALY” is playing a key role
- Interesting and innovative industrial projects (and also innovative projects in the field of services) characterized by a high expected growth rate
- Industrial spin-offs: innovative and disruptive activities/business spun off from companies operating in growing sectors
- Soft turnaround in companies that are facing financial problems not related to the operating performance and that can be successfully relaunched
