INVESTMENT IN TARGET COMPANIES
Our goal consists in making investments in Italian unlisted SMEs picked out from our impressive proprietary deal flow, in a very selective way and paying attention to the diversification and to the portfolio risk mitigation. Each investment is completed after a rigorous and positive due diligence process.
MANAGEMENT, CONTINUOUS MONITORING AND VALUE CREATION
According to our industrial approach, we support the portfolio companies on numerous strategic, financial and operational issues, providing both financial and operational resources and fostering the portfolio companies growth.
EXIT OF OUR INVESTMENTS
We support the growth plans of the portfolio companies in a crucial but not exhaustive phase of their development, propaedeutic to a further step of growth, making our portfolio companies a privileged target both for larger PE funds and industrial companies. We manage as well the overall divestment process.
